FWIW, last year bonus miles in the GS posted mid-afternoon on the scheduled days, for the most part (late afternoon here in the ET zone), occasionally later.
If I can expand on what kochleffel says,
- miles from most partner activity can post pretty much any time; it's not all unusual for multiple miles credits to post at various times in any given day
- the Grand Slam tier bonuses -- what US itself gives you for reaching 4/8/12/etc. hits -- tend to run exactly once on each crediting day (9/28 and every 2 weeks thereafter)
