Hi,

Waited the usual 2 weeks from the flight, no miles.

Emailed in all my details ( used to work like clockwork) but was told to fill in the form on the website and post in all the boarding cards, tickets etc.

That was over 2 weeks ago, is this normal?

Why can't they accept electronic proof in this modern day and age?
