I do think it's ridiculous to have these changes start in 2012. Everyone who qualified at any level this year (and not reading the speculation thread/not on FT) would have been under the impression that their benefits would be good for 2012. Now they're not.

Any word on companion checked baggage for 2p? One bag for everyone on the reservation?
