I think your resource is not 'up there' with airline information other than AA.

CX would not consider SJC-HKG even if it has traffic rights as there really isn't much traffic in SJC for it to fly viably.

SJC lost it's main international gateway appeal because AA cancelled out and no one else really has connecting through traffic at SJC that could justify such a routing. Why fly to SJC when most international airlines fly to SFO where it is a major hub?

If AA returns TPE to SJC, it might and that is a big might codeshare onward flights to HKG on CX. That AA/CX currently have no codeshare agreement mainly due to HKG's restrictive codeshare agreements.
