It definitely disappeared for a few days recently. Definitely a bummer about not being able to earn miles on the MH leg outside of the TK/MH programs, but JFK-IST is still 10k miles r/t, or 15k EQMs on UA/CO/others?. $2500/15k = 17c/eqm is probably one of the better deals for premium class travel outside of mistake fares, no?

And it's still a great way to get to SE Asia on quality business class products for a great price (I rate both 4* out of 5*, and if you got MH service with TK food/seat, it'd definitely be 5*). I wish they'd increase the frequency on the IST-KUL flight though. Also, it can be difficult to find the correct inventory (J for the cheapest fare) on all flights unless you're planning well in advance, and thus you could end up with an unwanted layover in IST or a shorter/longer than desired stay in KUL. But the fare is flexible, so an ExpertFlyer alert can help.
