Agree with the other posters, I came through IAD last week, and after following signs to transfers, and imigination - not bad - 10mins - collected bags quick, and re checked them - dump on another belt - quick again, but were then forced to go through another security check before getting back into the airside part of the airport - the security check took an hour to get through.....
