recieved an email today from booking.com that we didnt show up at hotel g and that they would charge us for no show.but we are here like planned and booked...
Did this happen to anyone else?

Message says: We were informed through the hotel that you didnt show up...therefore we charge for noshow something like 195¥((
Advise?
