I have a $200 ticket that DL will waive change fee due to a schedule change and let me book another unrelated ticket. (I did this instead of a refund because a DTV was originally used that is now expired and I did not want to risk losing the money.) I want to book a new ticket for 100, what will happen to the left over 100? A new voucher? with a new 1 year expiration?
