IIRC, curbcrusher and I asked about this a year ago, and the answer was something to the effect of "we are too busy to deal with status matching now, and we don't know if we will ever do it". Maybe by now the RR 2.0 transition activity is sufficiently under control that Southwest can start thinking about. My guess is that status matching will arrive eventually, but that you are about 1 year too early.
