I'm not all that surprised by the number; around 30% isn't all that much higher than the numbers that I've heard previously.
The actual number is about where I would have guessed (I would have said anywhere from 25-40%); I just think it's disappointing that people wouldn't leave the country.
Granted, I don't travel international a ton, but am planning on doing more of it now that I have the means to do so much more easily. That and I've still been averaging 1-2 international trips a year for the past few years.
