will be flying into and out of LAX/SFO and PHL from AKL/YYZ

can you please give me recommendations on the lounges avaiable to me?

flying with Air NZ into SFO then taking united to go to PHL

flying US airways (couldn't help it) from PHL to YYZ

also into LAX from YYZ on AC

am i stuck with the US airways lounge? is there a MLL?
