I am also interested in the outcome lsugolfer as well as more details on MOBFlyer's situation. The details you describe indicate they processed you as an IDB, but I was under the impression that the cash compensation rules do not apply to flights operated by a/c with less than 60 seats. Did I dream that up?

lsugolfer: How are you getting to Morgantown? I am heading to PIT, but am STILL waiting on the company to get flights booked
