I find that CX's award inventory is about the same for AA's. However, lately, it's because CX has indeed limited the amount of award inventory for 'show' and thus seats are showing 'zero'. CX prefers to give priority for its own members who can waitlist for an award flight till it clears.

Are you saying that AA has access to inventory they cannot see? How do I help them see the inventory so I can get it?
