"Platinum is worth nothing at ICs" is something many FTers believe and parrot back, but it's
not true. The
PC Service Standards handbook for ICs clearly states: "Upgraded rooms are very important to PCR Platinum members. PCR Platinum members should be upgraded to next best available room on every stay. It is also important to TELL the PCR Platinum member that he/she is being given an upgrade during check-in" (page 12).
