That's incorrect. It was 30K to Lima, 35K to CUZ if we passed through LIM and 40K if we wanted to stay in LIM more than 12 hours without a connecting flight occuring during that time period.
If you fly AA metal only, it's 15,000 miles each way for an off-peak MileSAAver Coach award. But if you use a partner carrier to get to/from LIM, or if you fly AA to/from LIM during peak season, it's 17,500 miles each way to either LIM or CUZ. AA's one-way awards do not permit stopovers at any city other than the North American gateway.
