I call in advance and still get blocked.

It happened last weekend. My bank couldn't figure out how I had been able to withdraw in 4 different currencies in 3 different "countries" in under 48 hours.

I had been to SXM, withdrawn USD and NAF (cheaper for gas) from the dutch side, EUR on the french side (only choice I could quickly find), and ECD (also cheaper for gas) on an AXA day trip the following day.
