Compensation for non-available first class tickets

If I purchase a 2-hour flight ticket at class "A" (First Class Discounted) from a travel agency, but first-class seats do not even exist on that flight.

After I take the flight, how good is my chance of disputing with my credit card company based on the fact that I purchased a ticket at first class but first class doesn't exist on that flight?
