I think the unknown here is the AD 75 fare, and how this is treated at the gate. From the KE website it appears that travel agent tickets are pre-approved by the Sales Office, where documentation is provided including IATAN card:
"AGENT'S DISCOUNT (AD75) Requests for travel agent's discount ticket is approved solely at the discretion of the respective Korean Air Regional Sales Office. -
Even better, this policy essentially said some manager at the sales office knowingly approved the sale of industry only tickets through one of the largest public sellers of tickets.
Even if a totally innocent clerical error these AD75 made it into public distribution outlets, KE has a legal obligation to notify any purchasers. This is especially true as the definitely know about this sale at this point.
