I like it , the brand names generally mean different things to people across continents , so I don't think including the word 'Hyatt' in another set of value stay properties will hurt the overall Hyatt brand worldwide -- and they are sort of acknowledging brand positioning of 'Hyatt' here in the US by coming out with the new boutique-ish names 'Lux' etc.

More importantly in the US market , getting budget conscious corporations comfortable with the value aspect of 'Hyatt' can be a plus , when some staff want to stay at a Grand Hyatt , might not raise eyebrows like a Ritz would

And I think 'House' works fine , the 'Inn' term has been sullied by a lot of low-end places , and for those who have a good impression of 'Holiday Inn' , the Hyatt extended-stay properties are rather different
