Looks like these take a couple of weeks to hit. I'd give it a week or two after the show. Otherwise, I'd call AR before doing a chargeback with your CC.

I don't know how much luck people would have with chargebacks, anyway. If your credit cards were at will call and you were charged appropriately, I can't imagine that the CC will care that you didn't get your bonus miles.
