I was on a long-delayed flight to New York last year, and I've just realised that my company's travel insurance will compensate me for this. It is £50 for the first 4 hours, and then £50 for additional hours.

I believe the flight was supposed to depart at 09:30 and it actually took off about 17:30 - but I don't have any paper records of this.

Is there a preferred department to ask about this, or perhaps a website?
