In Chicago, Intelligentsia or Metropolis.
In San Francisco or anywhere it's present, Peet's.
In Portland, OR, Coffee People.

I haven't found a similar place in NYC - ideas?

Tim Hortons coffee is just hot brown water - like Dunkin Donuts.
