I've concluded that LanPass answers emails (and online requests) regarding missing Kms very quickly... they gave a positive response to my email within 5 hours, plus account was updated by the time I received their email... a previous online request was also answered quickly. Seems they have an expedited process for these...
Still awaiting response (real response, not one of those “sent to back office” ones) for a more complicated problem sent months ago... thinking of using the “Libro de Reclamaciones - Formulario de Reclamos” (on LanPeru site) process – anyone tried that?
I might even try INDECOPI.
