What room did you book and what did you receive?
Booked standard, got prestige king.


How are the rooms?
Small but mostly well designed. The bed was excellent, the seating less so. The bathroom was a bit cramped with the shower too close to the toilet seat for comfort.

What was your welcome gift?
Some toffees.

What was good?
Location is excellent for tourist Paris.
Upgrade, and free mini-bar, on Award stay

What was bad?
The 'free' glass of champagne voucher was a con and was only valid if you bought a quite expensive meal however given that the mini-bar was free this was only a minor thing.

Value for money?
I used points for this so the value was okay.
