If that is the case, then why is status not valid until the 6th month? With 29 segments in 2011 I could still claim a missing flight (flown 31st of december 2011) on June 30th 2012 and *should* retroactively be promoted from Silver to Gold. Question then is if that status would be valid until march 2013, or June 30th 2013..
