CX888/889 JFK-YVR-HKG flights are always 744
i don't think they have upgraded business
class to the new ones yet.
CX838/839 are usually 343 but sometimes they
put in a 744 as well.
both of the LA daily flights are 744 as well
as the SFO flight.
the YYZ-HKG one is probably the only one
that's 343 everyday of the week.
