1) YVR is small but functional. Good refreshments. No shower. JFK is best (BA lounge), IMHO. Large lounge with several areas for refreshments. Nice shower facilities. I think they are opening up a spa. Plenty of computer kiosks.

3) I'm not qualified to say.
