On the one occasion when I've made a 'retro' claim - to correct mileage that was originally posted incorrectly - the correction miles appeared with the same date as the original flights, even though they were actually processed rather later.

Thus, I would imagine that any sort of retro claim would carry the date of the original flight(s).

Interesting idea, though!
