I overheard one of our pilots telling a chap that they suspend putting luggage on the belts at T5 when the queues for getting through immigration are too long.
The queues when we went through last week were horrendous for non EU passengers.....took 15 minutes to get through the EU channel so God knows how long it was taking the non EU pax to clear immigration.

Our cases came off first well before the crew bags.They were still waiting when I had a last look back.
