on my last 5 itc stays i have not received credit/points automatically & have had to wait for a week to fill out the 'missing stay' form online....i have dozens of stays at itc properties every year & have never faced this problem in the past....its only in the last couple of months where i have noticed this....

these 5 stays have taken place at the the itc grand central mumbai, itc sonar kolkata & sheraton rajputana hotel jaipur....

is it just me or has anyone else noticed the same????
