I'm having the same issue...I think it's kind of crappy (yet typical for DL IT).

Basically I have to wait to get "my" benefit because I want to share a benefit (GM status) with someone else. If their system would actually look at the benefit year (2012) it would see the person doesn't have GM status valid beginning 3/1.

Seems crazy that they have to force a gap in the benefits for the other person. Then again, DL doesn't do much that does make sense.
