Yeah, MSP F is the more popular of the two, and not as many places to "escape." C on the other hand has a lot more nooks and seems a lot more quieter, unless it's rush hour at the regional gates.

As far as the food goes, I think all SCs could do a ton better. While cookies, crackers and some other minimal snack may work for some, I think travelers would appreciate at least a sandwich type snack on their layover. It can't be that hard to at least stock the Y wraps/sandwiches in the SC, as catering is already on the field at most locations.
