Just a warning RE: the Renaissance, while it is a very nice hotel, Sundays can be a disaster if you desire to leave their parking lot at certain times of day.
There is some sort of arena/convention center across the street from Renaissance that seems to frequently be in use on Sundays (talking like Las Vegas sized conventions) and you have to compete for space on the main road with all those people coming and going from the large area/convention center.
Otherwise a great property.

Are you referring to Lakewood Church? (Joel Osteen's Church) It seats about 17,000 and attracts something like 45,000 people each Sunday. It's also kinda across the street from the Ren and is bigger than many stadiums.
