I know of you only from your FT postings and from other references such as techgirl's vacation reports, and your posts have always seemed informative. I don't see why you should be shouted down and stop posting your comments. Your comments are taken as one person's experiences, and anyone looking for information and advice will weigh your comments along with those of others. How else to determine whether airline/FFP/hotel service is mixed or consistent?

P.S.- Can I assume that the CX Betsy seats were not named after you?
