Attempted to use priority security...refused entry because boarding pass did not clearly identify flight was business class. I had specifically asked at check in if the boarding pass gave priority security access and was assured yes, but lady working the security line up at YYZ still refused us. Not worth arguing it further with her as regular line up was short, but airport needs to get their act together on this issue.


Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks?-Used lounge, all was fine

All priority bags from all business pax were the very last to arrive a PUJ..every Y passenger had theirs before ours showed up
