at the departure level, there is a food court in the back upstairs where you have a view of the runways. there's mcdonalds, other food places. Meet in the back either on the left (just seating) or right (video games). Or just meet in the general area, its not that big. The there is an elevator from the departure floor that you can use as waypoint too.
