I will NEVER book with Expedia for a flight again. I did for my parents last winter and due to health concerns they couldn't go to Florida. They bought the cancellation insurance at the time of purchase but what a nighmare I went through to get them their money back. You get nothing but the run around from Expedia and the insurance company. I finally got it resolved for them because I have the stamina to perservere on their behalf, but if it was left up to them (they are elderly and too willing to give up) it wouldn't have happened. Expedia was unbelievably disorganized and even three weeks after my folks had their refund cheque cashed and in the bank, Expedia was calling them for something regarding the flight....it was just crazy. Never again.
