If you were connecting onwards on a OW carrier out of Sydney, then the Qantas lounges do have showers but for a journey terminating in Sydney , there is no lounge access
If you change to the QF code for BKK/SIN-SYD then you will have lounge access in Sydney on arrival (in the domestic terminal):
