I just read in another thread that STL-JFK is going away in November. Who is really going to want to connect to get to JFK or take a cab from LGA to fly AA out of JFK when there are so many better ways to get to Europe on the competition.
Bingo. It's getting to the point where going to Europe involves LHR on all my AA flights. I've booked two trips on UA (AMS & BRU) with only one stop each. I think I'll be going to that more and more. The LGA/JFK connection is ridiculous- and I'm on business where I'm not even paying for the cab.
