For an upcoming TATL flight, booked 3-4 weeks ago. A week ago saw NC availability pop up on both outbound and return and called and requested upgrade (on the TATL leg only).
Checked that night, nothing on My Reservations. No worries, I'll just check in the morning. No upgrade shown (either pending or confirmed). NC availability now gone.
How hard is it for an agent to process an upgrade request?
I had the opposite experience a couple of weeks back - took me all of 5 minutes to process Miles and Money upgrade requests for upcoming roundtrips to both LHR and SYD. My return from LHR already cleared - here's hoping the C9 availability holds for my outbound and they switch some to NC!
