I don't know, it is kind of a nice change to T5 - a lot smaller, and yes the range of food is smaller too, but the staff are much more friendly and it is generally quiet and uncrowded. I'm more likely to order food there than at T5, but it does the job. Bit short on power plugs, but T5 isn't brilliant in that respect.

Also - bear in mind this is all relative. Until T5 opened, and given the hopeless situation with T4 First Lounges (shudder), LGW was at that point the best lounge in BA's network.
