Did the agent confirmed NC availability and no other folks on the waitlist??
Whenever I request with a phone agent they tell me it has cleared and what seat do I want or it is waitlisted.


occasional online phantom NC/NF does occur (been other reports of this, I fortunately have never experienced it)
