OTOH I wouldn't put anything past the TSA workers at the cesspit called Newark.
Given how often some journalists make errors with aviation stories, I question how often there are errors on other subjects.

However, there isn't a lot that surprises me when it comes to Newark. I wouldn't put anything past the TSA workers there based on personal experience.

The wrong-doings really seem to be the work of a skycap or contract worker - but the fact it's Newark, there isn't much that surprises me when it comes to the TSA these days.

Anyone remember Pythias Brown *, the TSA worker who got caught stealing a CNN camera? He was one of the largest thieves ever caught working for the TSA. I just came across an article where I read he was sentenced to three years in federal prison back in 2009. ^ I hope he serves every single day of the sentence.

TSA theft nationwide problem *

Article above has more about TSA thefts.
