Allow reservations to be cancelled without penalty for a defined period

US Airways will allow a customer to cancel a purchased ticket for a full refund without penalty for up to 24 hours after purchase. This policy applies to refundable as well as non-refundable fares.

To request a full refund on a ticket cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, please call US Airways 800-428-4322. Refunds will be processed via the US Airways refund department.

To change a reservation more than 24 hours after purchase, the customer will incur the current change fee regardless of when the tickets were purchased.
