When one examines this thread, it's over 90% negative and not just a little negative, but from an average of an A to a D. WN fostered a love affair with a large number of FF'ers for many, many years. They are just about finished with the alienation process. Companion Pass is the only perk that is keeping me around.
The comments on their Facebook fan page have been negative regarding RR 2.0 and their declining customer service. I left WN because of 2.0 and won't look back unless they begin Hawaii service and make it easy to earn free flights to the islands.
Flying first class on other carriers, for free, is all it's cracked up to be.
