Very impressed with Air France customer service
Booked a flight ABZ-PRG earlier today for next year but later realised I had mixed up my partner's first name and surname.
I sent an email to customer service and had a voicemail within 15 minutes telling me to make a new booking and then to call up and the original one with the wrong name would be cancelled with no fee.
Just off the phone from a very pleasant man who did indeed cancel the original booking and confirmed that my new booking is correct.
Very impressed with Air France - this is the first time I have used them. You wouldn't get this level of service with BA....!
