I am quite a long way short of renewing silver this year and - unless I suddenly get some unexpected business travel - I am considering a first TP run.

I need 220 TP by November 8th and I am UK based. One option I am considering - since the AA P fares are not open to me (unless I perhaps expend some miles on positioning) - is something like LHR-BCN-MAD-BIO on a Sat and back by the same route on the Sunday in Business. (Tickets are IB with LHR-BCN-LHR on BA metal.) At around £3.60 per TP this looks pretty expensive.

Does anyone have any other good ideas?

I also have a question about getting something like this ticketed. Most of the airline sites have restrictions. Does anyone have any advice on that aspect, too?
