Hi

I am travelling to Sydney by BA Business Class and have the option of having a refuelling stop in either via Bangkok or Singapore. As I am travelling on my own and have never been to the Far East before, which is the easiest place to stop/least confusing.

Also, I take off from LHR at around 9pm ish, should I have dinner before or do they serve it when you take off, or will they serve just a snack before bed.
