Be very careful with US bank. they are very conservative with lending. I recently applied for a TACA card and got rejected. When I called up, the lady did not even take my info, but just asked me if I have applied for any cards recently. I said yes and she said that is why I was rejected. I think they are aware of all the recent specials and are not interested in those running after just the bonuses.
