All Delta 777s (ER and LR) and all 764s are equipped with flatbed seats. There are currently no 777 missions to Europe at all, afaik. 764s fly nearly every LHR route, and in the summer can be found flying to Spain, Greece and other destinations. (In the winter, they head to South America.)

763ERs are being outfitted now with the same seats as the 764.
